Barbara Castro Garcia who, like
Chiara Corbella and St. Gianna Molla, refused cancer treatment to protect her unborn child. Her baby was born on Nov. 1st, 2010 and Barbara passed away this month after a grueling battle with mouth cancer that left her unable to speak or eat. These stories simply continue to inspire and highlight the fact that love transforms all suffering into beauty.
